The path of the Angels that leads to Serenity

Most people spend more and more time locked in closed spaces, with little or no direct contact with nature, which makes it increasingly important to re-energize with the help of a spiritual detox.
When you feel down, or tired, it could be the influence of negative energy, brought on by daily struggles and a hectic lifestyle. This makes it difficult to find the time to do even simple activities that help us to re-gain positive energy, or to keep a balanced diet. Other signs that it’s time for a spiritual detox are having trouble sleeping or falling asleep, feeling uninterested about everything, or preferring to stay indoors when you have the option to go outside.
There are many methods for a Spiritual Detox, and you can practice only one, or combine several for a truly spiritually cleansing experience. You just need to put your mind to it!
There is no denying that immersing yourself in nature brings a myriad of benefits, so it is an excellent method for a Spiritual Detox. It involves engaging in activities such as hiking, swimming in a lake, or just spending some time in a park. Sylvotherapy, or tree hugging, is another great option for harnessing the positive energy of trees.
If you live or work in a cluttered space, it can have a negative impact on your spiritual state. So, find the time to clean your home or office, throw out or donate things you no longer need or want, do your laundry, throw out the garbage. Then attract positive energy by burning a natural candle or an essential oil. You can also take a cleansing bath or shower.
We all know that a hectic lifestyle leads us to making less than optimal choices when it comes to our diet, and this too has an impact, since body, mind, and spirit are connected. But the effort pays off. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible and opt for healthy foods every time you can. And stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Of course, engaging in physical activities is also a must. The extra oxygen will help to get rid of toxins and stress.
It may sound like a simple fix that is hard to achieve but filling your mind with positive energy is essential to gaining harmony. Occasionally distance yourself from negative sources, such as bad news on TV and in newspapers, and compensate by surrounding yourself with positive people, good books and music. And never underestimate the power of positive affirmations!
Another very effective method is meditation. If you don’t already practice it, don’t be put off. Start simple, by setting aside a few minutes of alone time and focusing on your breathing. Pay notice to your breathing, slowly in and out. You can also light some candles, or meditate with the help of a video or recording.
